I always thought peanut butter had something special in it. But REVELATION !

All you need is PEANUTS, a little honey and a little salt. Maybe more of both if you like it sweeter or saltier. Its certainly better than the store bought one and I’m sure you’ll love it too as much as i do!

This homemade peanut butter can be used to make anything that calls for peanut butter. The classic PBJ sandwich, Cookies, in my fudgy peanut butter brownies and anything else you can think off with peanut butter.

Its creamyyyy with the perfect peanutty flavour. Its magic. This homemade creamy peanut butter is pure magic and so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Peanuts

  • 1-2 tbsp Honey

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Take the peanuts in a pan and dry roast it for 2 mins and remove the skin.
  • Now add the roasted peanuts to a blender and blend it for 2-3 mins. You will see the peanuts breaking, crumbling and then coming together to form creamy peanut butter.
  • Continue to blend till it forms a smooth paste.
  • Now add in honey and salt to taste and give it a good mix.
  • Spoon the peanut butter into a clean jar and ENJOY!!

Notes

  • For crunchy peanut butter, add in some peanuts to the creamy peanut butter and blend once.
  • It can be stored in the refrigerator for two to three weeks
